Refund Policy

We offer a 60-day valid return window, which officially begins the day customers receive their delivered travel goods. Within this full 60-day cycle, you are entitled to submit a return request if you feel unsatisfied with the product size, storage capacity, material texture, appearance design or overall practical performance of any luggage, weekender bag or travel accessory you purchased.

All returned items must meet uniform inspection standards to qualify for full refunds. Goods must remain completely unused, unwashed and free of dirt, stains, scratches, collision marks and artificial damage. All original product packaging, attached labels, protective wrapping and matching small accessories that came with the item must be fully retained without loss, tearing or damage. Once our warehouse team receives your returned parcel, a comprehensive visual and structural inspection will be carried out to verify the product condition. After confirming compliance with return requirements, we will initiate the full refund process within 5 to 10 business days. All refund funds will be settled uniformly in USD and returned through your original payment channel. The specific arrival time of refund money may have minor fluctuations due to the settlement speed differences of various payment platforms.

We clearly define multiple scenarios that do not support return and refund services to maintain consistent judgment standards. Products with obvious long-term wear traces, artificially torn fabrics, self-modified internal structures, items stained or damaged by improper cleaning and storage, and goods broken by personal collision are ineligible for return. All clearance discounted travel products cannot be returned unless there are obvious inherent manufacturing defects that exist before delivery. Our store reserves the legitimate right to reject any return application that fails to satisfy all listed return standards, and we will clearly inform customers of the specific reasons for rejection once the review result comes out.
